Application of Rotating Drum Screen in Fish Pond

Working principle of drum screen filter
When the drum is working, the treated wastewater enters the drum along the axial direction and flows out through the screen. The impurities in the water (fine suspended matter, fibers, pulp, etc.) are trapped on the inner surface of the drum filter. When the impurities trapped on the filter screen are brought to the upper part by the rotating drum, the impurities are flushed into the drain tank by the backwash water outside the screen and flow out to achieve solid and liquid phase separation.
During the operation of the drum-type precision filter, the viscous substances in the aquaculture water will gradually adhere to the filter screen, resulting in a smaller pore size of the filter screen and affecting the filtering capacity. Therefore, the replacement cost and convenience of the filter are important indicators for assessing the overall performance of the microfilter.
