The stainless steel filter pipe screen is made of Welding V-shaped profile wire by Wrapping Cylindrically around support rods under automatic specialized wedge wire screen machine. Each profile wire and support rod is contacted by resistance welding. Support Wire can be inside or outside according to flow direction ,wedge wire screen tube’s slot range from 0.2 to 3mm.

1. A continuous slot opening which significantly increases the available open area, thus providing greater access to the water
bearing zone.
2. Under the same condition, high open area can make the speed of groundwater’s entering into the screen much slower than
any other filtration apparatus, which will avoid sand’s entering into screen because of high pressure, thus reduce the abrasion of the pump.
